One-component polyurethane adhesive produced from polyurethanes that are modified by adding isocyanates (hardeners). The adhesive has a very high initial strength and is resistant to high temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application:<\/b><\/p>\n

It is mainly designed for the footwear industry as an adhesive for bonding natural and synthetic leather but also for cloths with soles made of soft PVC, polyurethanes and halogenated rubbers. It can also be used in other industries, where there is a need for permanent connection of plasticized or hard PVC, PE and PP after coronation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Directions for use:<\/b><\/p>\n

Before using the adhesive, mix it well. Before putting on the adhesive, the materials should be roughened with sandpaper and thoroughly cleaned of the dust. PU and PVC backings should then be cleaned with acetone. The undersides of rubber and TR should be halogenated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apply the glue twice at intervals of about 20 min. Let dry for at least 20 minutes. After drying, heat-activate the surfaces at 75-85\u00b0C (TR rubbers activate at 60\u00b0C) for about 2 minutes. Then apply pressure to join them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Storage and safety conditions:<\/b><\/p>\n

BONAPUR\u00ae HART adhesive should be stored in tightly closed packages, in a well-ventilated room, at a temperature of 5-25\u00b0C. Keep it away from any heat-sources and out of reach of children. Do not eat. The solvents contained in the adhesive are flammable and potentially explosive.<\/span><\/p>\n
