Spray adhesive Bonifix Tap 50oml

A one-component solvent-based contact adhesive for professional use in the furniture industry.

Application:

Recommended for the manufacture and repair of upholstered furniture, foam upholstery and upholstery details. For use between a wide range of foam materials, non-woven materials, upholstery materials, felt and coir mats, or in combination with wood, particle board, fibreboard and cardboard. Suitable for upholstery, furniture and furniture applications.

Directions for use:

Shake well before use. The materials to be bonded must be at least 15°C. Apply thoroughly before use. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. 15.5°C. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry.

Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded, spraying 10-20 cm apart. For absorbent materials (e.g. textiles, leather), apply the adhesive twice. Apply the adhesive in such a way that when joining the materials, the adhesive is applied vertically to one element and horizontally to the other. To achieve maximum adhesive strength, the edges of the joined materials must be accurately covered with adhesive.

After applying the last layer, wait 2-5 minutes and press the sides together. Full strength will be achieved within 24h.

Storage and safety conditions:

Store tightly closed in factory packaging at +5°C to +25°C. If not stored properly, the product will lose its adhesive properties and will be unsuitable for use.Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not use in well ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. The product is classified as dangerous and highly flammable.
