A one-component adhesive for use in the shoe, leather and automotive industries and for certain finishing applications. The adhesive has a high thermal resistance.
Application:
For example, the adhesive can be used on rubber and leather footwear, in the manufacture of coverings, linings and fillings in the leather industry, in the bonding of door panels of upholstery elements in cars.
Directions for use:
Materials to be bonded must be at least 15°C. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry.
The adhesive is applied in a thin layer to both surfaces to be bonded. For absorbent materials (e.g. textiles, leather), apply the adhesive twice, the second coat about 20 minutes after the first. After applying the last coat, wait about 15 minutes and press the sides together. To increase the strength of the joint, heat the joint to 55°C. Full strength is achieved within 48h.
Storage and safety conditions:
Store tightly closed in factory packaging, at +5°C to +25°C. If not stored properly, the product will lose its adhesive properties and will be unsuitable for use.Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not use in well ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. The product is classified as dangerous and highly flammable.
